Original artworks are carefully packed and shipped with attention to safety, protection and presentation.
Each painting is an original piece, so shipping may vary depending on size, destination and framing. After your order, I will prepare your artwork for safe delivery and keep you updated throughout the process.

Original artworks are carefully packed to protect the surface, frame and canvas during transport. Depending on the size and destination, your painting may be shipped with a parcel service, courier or specialist art shipping provider.
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been processed and another update once your artwork has been shipped.

Shipping times depend on the destination and the size of the artwork.
As a general guideline:
Germany: approx. 3–7 business days
EU: approx. 5–14 business days
International: timing varies depending on destination, customs and shipping providerIf you need an artwork by a specific date, please contact Studio Thurm before placing your order.

Shipping costs depend on the artwork size, destination and shipping method.
For some artworks, shipping may be calculated at checkout. For larger or framed works, individual shipping arrangements may be required. In this case, Studio Thurm will contact you after your enquiry or order to confirm the best shipping option.
International shipping may be possible on request.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply for deliveries outside Germany or the EU. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the artwork.
To request a return, please contact Studio Thurm by email within the withdrawal period before sending anything back.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition, safely packed and protected. Please use the original packaging whenever possible.
Return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Refunds will be processed after the returned artwork has been received and checked for condition.

Commissioned artworks are custom-made pieces created specifically for your space, preferred size, color direction and individual request.
Because these artworks are made individually for you, commissioned artworks are generally excluded from returns and cancellation once the creation process has started, unless the artwork arrives damaged or there is another legal reason for return.
Before a commission begins, all key details such as size, color direction, price, timeline and process will be agreed individually.
What happens after you buy?
Order Confirmation
After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. I will review your order details, artwork, shipping address and any additional information needed for delivery.
If the artwork requires individual shipping arrangements, I will contact you personally before shipping.
Careful Packaging
Your artwork will be carefully prepared and packed for transport. The canvas, frame and surface are protected to make sure the painting arrives safely and in excellent condition.
For larger works, additional protective packaging or specialist shipping may be arranged.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your artwork has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.
Delivery time depends on the destination, artwork size and shipping provider.
Arrival & Support
When your artwork arrives, please check the packaging and painting carefully.
If you notice visible damage to the packaging or artwork, please document it with photos and contact Studio Thurm as soon as possible. I will help you with the next steps.
